Justgiving 101 – free online training
Everything you wanted to know about Justgiving but were afraid to ask.

Who is it for?
It’s for anyone who wants an introduction to Justgiving – whether you’re completely new to Justgiving or just want a refresher to fill in the gaps about the site.
How does it work?
You call in on the phone at a set time so you can hear what I’m saying and ask questions. I also share my screen with you so you can watch it on your computer and see exactly what I’m doing. You can even do it from your desk with a cup of tea.
What does it cover?
* How to build a fundraising page and make donation
* How other charities promote Justgiving effectively
* An introduction to the Charity Account
What does it cost? It’s free.
How long is it? 45 minutes
Is it any good? We’ve been running these training sessions for 2 years and over 300 charities have taken part. Here’s how they describe it:

If you use a PC you’ll need: Windows® 2000, XP Home, XP Pro, 2003 Server or Vista
If you use a Mac you’ll need: Mac OS® X 10.3.9 (Panther®) or new

Great idea but Oh! out of office hours option please for volunteers who are not paid during the day to listen to charity teach-ins

Would like to participate but only work mornings monday to thursday so other options of dates would be great ! Please email me when you have some new dates.

Hi all, great suggestion about running an out of hours session. It’s definately something we’ll look into offering. There will also be a video of the session which you can watch at any time and the link will be going up for this next week. I’ll be in touch with you all about the next upcoming dates.
